Memories of PPCS PERMATApintar™ Negara

Assalamualaikum, hai guys!

Hahh.. Adib propa dah datang balik setelah cuti pregnant PMR selama almost 6 months. Lama gila an tak update blog sakai ni. Bukan just bersawang, spider dekat blog ni pun rasenya dah jadi sipderman! Hahah. Btw nak tau result Adib? Struggle bukan main lama, tapi result just 6As :( but Im thanks God for it. 

By the way, dah baca tajuk tu sure nak tau amende minatang PPCS PERMATApintar™ Negara tu kan? Alright to those yg taktau ape tu Program PERMATApintar™ Negara, it is a programme for gifted of talented youth yg bernanung bawah Datin Sri Rosmah Mansor, our president's wife. And the centre of this school was in UKM, Bangi. Nak masuk sini at first kena bertarung memerah otak, dgn tidak beraksi seperti katak, berlari mengikut rentak, dah macam pantun gila batak! Hahah. Sebelum nak sampai tempat PERMATApintar™ ni, ade 3 ujian saringan yg Adib kena fight dgn 10000s students yg lain. And finally, only 700+ students yg terpilih nationwide untuk join this camp. Actually this is a camp, PPCS is stand for Program Perkhemahan Cuti Sekolah. 

Time dapat surat, dapat tau yg terpilih pegi camp ni, macam orang gila dah Adib dekat rumah. Hahah XD but then, sikit pun tak rasa excited nak pergi. Well, in my mind, aku baru habis PMR kot, nak enjoy nak cuti. tiba tiba kena join camp, kena belajar pulak tu. Dsebabkan tak excited lansung tu lah, the night sbelum nak gerak pegi PPN, UKM ni, baru lah sibuk nak packing barang. Pukul 1 baru tidur, macam malas je nak pegi time tu.

Then, the day is began! Bangun pagi, gosok gigi, minum susu makan roti. Hahah rindu la kindegarten. Next.. angkat la baggage bawak masuk kereta. Gerak, sampai UKM pukul 1030am. Then terus register, nampak ramai orang. Dah rasa sedih nak babai mama dgn daddy. But finally it happened. 

Now saya dah sampai di Pusat PERMATApintar™ Negara, National Gifted Centre for Talented Youth. Hambikkk kau! Macam international school pun ada. Time ni senyap je, dapat no bilik bukak bilik, takde room-mate lagi. Kemas kemas la pakaian, hang baju, susun alat make-up and cosmetic product semua bagai. Hahah. Pukul 12 masuk bilik, RA stand for Residental Assistant or perkataan yg familiar utk budak hostel is, warden. RA suruh kitorang turun pukul 5. So kena rest dulu. Bapakk ah bosan gila taktau nak buat ape, room-mate pun takde. Tengah baring tu, dalam pukul 3, ade orang ketuk pintu. Sure dah tau siapa kan? Of course my room-mate from Pahang. I greeted him, and we know each other. 

Bilik lain semua ade 3 orang, but bilik Adib ade 2 orang. Dah malam tu ade perasmian, time perasmian tu, students from Sabah and Sarawak baru smpai. Time dah masuk bilik nak light-off, tiba tiba kitorang dapat la room-mate baru from SAGHAWAK. And he is Mohamad Danial bin Mohamad Firdaus as my best friend there. Teringat ayat dia, time nak berpisah tu dia cakap "lepas ni takde la orang nak kejutkan aku bangun pagi, pegi toilet sama sama, turun subuh sama sama, pegi makan sama sama, borak sama sama, main sama sama, gurau sama sama, gossip sama sama". Suka hati aku je tambah tambah. Hahah. Seriously aku rindu dia! Den, aku rindu kau!

Next moment will be our duties, our routine there. Pukul 5 pagi kitorang dah kena bangun, chop toilet utk mandi. Hahah kena rebut bathroom! Then, pukul 5.40 pagi kena turun queue then pegi solat Subuh. Non-muslim ade moral class. Then breakfast. Lepas tu kitorang kena pegi dekat  RA, who are Kak Saba yg sentiasa sabar dgn kitorang and Abng Daus yg memang acting like foolish childishhhhh! Hahah. Bfore we getting assembly at 7.40am, kitorang main game. Macam macam game pelik pelik yg Adib belajar kat sana. Antara game yg kitorang main, pindahkan telur, I want to kick, bomb aiya, sifir siput, buaya biawak and cap kelicap. Thats all yg Adib ingat. 

When assembly started, nyanyi lagu Negaraku as well and lagu Anak PERMATA. ~Anak adalah anugerah Tuhan, yg lahir dgn kasih sayang~ Heheh. Lepas tu, kitorang akan diserahkan kepada Teaching Asst. (TA) dgn Instrusctor utk start class. 

So, me and my course-mate, CRYSTAL & POLYMER menyusun langkah masuk ke dlm lab kimia. We learnt how to growth crystal, what is crystal, what is polymer, how to make abouncing ball, make a slime, oobleck, tobe a mineral detective and a lot of experiments for along about a month there. Our TAs, kak Killa and kak Nurul at first tengok mcm serious gila tp acting mcm kanak kanak Ribbena! Hahah sporting and best la kalau kawtimmm! Intructors, kak Fatin and kak Asma pulak, perghhh lagi hyper-active! Hahah diorang semua memang best, the best teacher and instructor in the world! 

Qistina, Dnial, Ameilia, Adib, Syahmina.

The routine went as usual for almost everyday. Ade debate competition, so I involved and be a horror debater! Hahah, horror la sgt kan walau pun kalah. Debaters are Danial my best friend, Ameilia, and I. Reserve are Syahmina, Qistina and Rasyid the alien guy! The Ganu boy, Haziq always be our good cheer leader supporter! Dewan tu memang gempak ah sebab korang. Walau pun kitorng kalah, but then kitorang kalah bermaruah! Betul sik, danial? Hikhik. 

Next moment will be Malaysia Hari Ini TV3 buat liputan. Perghh terbaik ah! Hahah. Semegah je mention MHI datang, tp aku sikit pun tak nmpak dalam TV :P

Alright then, next is telematch or sukaneka time! Time sukaneka ni kitorang kena buat mascote. Even mascote kitorang just spongebob, memang gempak gila. Spongebob kami laku and dipenuhi dgn ramai peminat! Uuwwww (jelly~) Btw kitorng punya course main memang gempak, dapat tempat 2,3,1,3,1,1,1,2,1,2,1,2,2,2,2,2,1,3,1,1,1 but the last game tak dapat tempat 0! Hahah.

Let's going to the last week we were there. On wednesday, dah mentioned yg Datin Rosmah akan datang, but then tak jadi. So,naib canselor ukm je yg tanag, who is "Danial: diumumkan ketibaan Prof. Dato' Wira Dr. Sharifah Hapsah Syed Shahabuddin masuk ke dewan" heheh. Rindu nak dengar Den cakap ni lagi! My course, CRYSTAL & POLYMER need to be a choir group, just sing for Negaraku and Anak PERMATA song. Thats all. It's going such that, and ade pameran utk setiap course introduce ape yg each course tu belajar.

Skip to the last activity and our rbest, superb moment! Which is TALENT TIME! Yeahh time ni semua dah started to be gila gila! Menjerit dalam dewan, menari kat seat semua la. Kitorang kena buat perfomance modern dance, so we chose KPOP dance for girls and Dupstep, robot dance for the boys! We got the biggest applause from audiences of the night. Ni lah hasilnya!

Gempak an? Yeah of course! So it happened on Thusrday, the second last day we were there together. Balik hostel time habis Talent Time ni pukul 130am. We were so tired! So esok pagi tu semua tidur bagai nak rak. Selalunya pukul 5 pagi bangun, pukul 7 baru nak mandi, then pukul 9 turun breakfast. Kelakar gila, RA pun sama jugak bangun lambat. Hahah. So we went to the class for the last time. We're not study and learning on that day, just wrote letters for members, TAs, Instrustors and RAs. Well kira macam wasiat terakhir la. Heheh time tu semua muka tegang, sedih ah hari last. Ade yg dah start menangis awal awal pagi lagi. 

Then after solat Jumaat, kitorang berkumpul, one by one went to back to their home. Yg sabah sarawak's students balik sana by th next day sbb flight tu esoknya. Im one of the earlier student yg balik. So give for the last speech to TAs, RAs, Instructors and member. I have packed my clothes, bawak masuk kereta. Two of my best friends, Ameilia and Danial sent me in front of the car. The last thing I did was shaking hands with Danial, and hug him. And it made tears, Ameilia also upset and began to cry. He was in my embrace for a few minutes. Susah nak lepas, sedih bila dah lama bersama, nak tinggalkan. Finally Adib masuk kereta and wave hands to them. BYE GUYS. The best, sweetest and memorial moments I have been there! I miss you guys :')
